I am preparing dinner for my sweetie tonight and decided to make creme brulee for dessert! Here are the yummy concoctions; I still have to cover them with sugar, torch them, and garnish them with strawberries. The main entree tonight will be oven broiled tuna steaks seasoned with olive oil, lemon, and sea salt, with a side of with sauteed corn and red bell peppers seasoned with shallots, cayenne pepper and cilantro.
It has been a busy week for Denver so I hope he is surprised!
